    Bongo Johnny’s is always a great place and have enjoyed eating here many times. The staff is wonderful and service is great. A wonderful place to enjoy meal with friends or out-of-town guests.

    Food was mediocre at best. Waiter barely checked in, fish was undercooked. I requested a high chair when I made our reservation & when we arrived we were told the only high chair the restaurant had was being used. Safe to say we will not be returning.

    Fun place for lunch. Free parking available behind the restaurant. Just fyi, restaurant is on the second floor of the building, overlooking the main drag (ha ha) in Palm Springs. There are both stairs and an elevator. Both my friend and I had hamburgers, which were cooked to order, and they were delicious. I had the sweet potato fries —delish! My friend had the garlic truffle fries…delish! Cocktails were good, although mine was a little watery.

    There were screaming children inside and it did not appear that anyone was addressing the issue. It was disruptive to other guests.
