Alesys consistently good... food and service! A fav of ours for everyday and special occasions as well. Would really be happy if they bought back the sweet potato mash as a vegetable option 👍👍

We were very disappointed in this Bonefish. We made reservation and arrived at 5:15, ordered an appetizer and three meals and a childs Mac & Cheese. We waited and the appetizer came timely, then we waited over 45 minutes when we inquired about our order to our server. He apologized and return saying he had checked it and expedited it, then we waited until I spoke to the Hostess who sent the Manager, who apologized and said he would expedite the order. 15 minutes maybe more passed and we were served. My son-in-law's Sea Bass was over cooked, my daughter's shrimp were funky and my fried fish were fine. My Gran's Mac & Cheese was good. Our server was very good. It would appear after the appetizer the order was lost. People all around us were finishing as our food arrived. I was surprised no consideration was made for the amount of time we sat entertaining a five year old. I felt this was normal. Thank goodness for the canyons and the butcher paper or we would have bolted. I recently wrote a positive review for the Bonefish in Madison, MS. We love their food and service, so we do have expectations.

we have been here before but this time we went for lunch/brunch and the food was good but the service was a ok.. not impressed with our server Molly. Her attire was all dirty and she was taking forever.. We thought there was something defiantly wrong but we just waited patiently.

The food was average at best. The wine pour was terrible. $12 got me maybe a 4 oz. pour of a grocery store wine that retails for $20/bottle. When the best part of the meal is the complimentary bread and olive oil, it follows that the rest of the dining experience can only decline from there.

I’ve been to this Bonefish multiple times and I can’t even express how disappointing this time was. The restaurant was VERY slow (only 4 tables occupied) so there’s no excuse for the sloppiness. First, both our water glasses were covered in lipstick. Then, when the server delivered bread, he spilled oil ALL over the table when he placed it down - and didn’t even wipe it up! Only a simple “oops”... one entree was delivered with a missing side, the AuGratin potatoes were cold, my empty iced tea was replaced with a coke....I’m not sure what else could have gone wrong. The manager stopped by after the lip stick incident, but the rest of the visit was just constant horrible service... and no effort at recovery was made. Probably won’t be returning.
