BONDST, located at 20 Hudson Yards, is the first ever expansion of the trendy downtown restaurant with a warm minimalist interior design. The cuisine is new Japanese with European and Asian influences.

The original BONDST is Citysearch's 2007 and 2008 audience award winner for Best Sushi in NYC, as well as the 2008 audience award winner for Best Martini in NYC.

    Our meal at BONDST made a great end to our day. We arrived a little earlier than our reservation and were welcomed warmly and shown straight to our table. Our server, MK, was a delight, made us feel very well looked after with great advice for the menu Food was wonderful in all of our different choices, and loved my lychee martini! Fantastic reason to visit Hudson Yards

    Our party of six unanimously agreed that this was the best meal of our trip to NYC, and the best sushi dinner we've ever had. Our server [Yuji P] was very attentive (along with the others on his team). All of his suggestions were delicious. The highlight was the Big Eye Tuna Tarts - incredible. The crispy rice (spicy crab and the tuna) were also extremely good as were the spicy tuna rolls. But all of the dishes were delicious. The drink and beer menu were quite nice. Definitely treat yourself to some of the desserts as well.

    Our server, Andre was extremely courteous, professional and attentive honestly a model example of how a great sugar should be beautiful location with the best view. I have been going to the original Bond Street for many many years and they have always been consistently good and great both in terms of food and service.

    Wonderful birthday celebration here! Mai was very attentive and eager to serve, smiling and nice. The table was overlooking The Vessel for beautiful pictures. Kumamoto Oysters were a win! We got seconds!

    Very good restaurant for Japanese style dining in a good location. Trendy and popular. Good food, very friendly and efficient service!
