    My friends and I eat out pretty regularly in New Orleans and travel quite often to enjoy cities and meals. We ALL agreed that Bon Ton provided the best complete meal experience!! The service was fantastic and the prime rib must be the best in the city!!

    Came back to Nola and wanted to eat again at Bon Ton to see if it was as good as I remembered. It was even better. All the items were good but the prime rib was unlike any I’ve ever had anywhere else. So tender and flavorful. We will return next time we are in Nola.

    Great food. However, we waited 45 mins to be seated for our 7 pm reservation. Small, loud, crowded restaurant. Difficult to get drink from bar as we waited. Drink order came out incorrect twice. Once we were seated, we ordered everything at once because we heard other guests complaining that they were waiting for 30-40 mins for cocktails and appetizers to be served. Our waiter was lovely & food was excellent although they ran out of prime rib by the time we ordered which was around 8 pm in a Saturday night.

    Food and service were excellent. Unfortunately we were placed at the table by the kitchen entrance. Just don’t sit there.

    Great food and service. Brook was our waitress and was adorable. Food was fantastic. So glad they finally reopened

    Having been to the former Bon Ton Cafe, my wife and I were excited about trying the new! We were totally blown away! Atmosphere was warm and very comfortable. Service was outstanding AND, food was Delicious! Needless to say, it was a Great birthday celebration for my wife. She could have been happier. We will definitely return to try more menu items we salivated over but did not sample.

    The hostess Erica made us feel so special! Claude was an incredible server. The food was great, but the people really made it for us. Looking forward to coming back soon
