I love the special events brunch. However, this time the chicken piccata was not good, neither was the shrimp cocktail. And for the price of the buffet it should be great. It was good. And I will return, but it will be a while.

Server was great. Table was not so great, but we booked a few days before. Food was ok, but not worth 100 pp. would have like to have seen a bit bigger spread for that price.

While the food was generally tasty, it was not served very hot and combined with the excessively cold air conditioning, our meals were basically room temperature by the time we got back to our table. There was an adequate selection but I guess I was expecting a bit better for $99 each. I would say it was worth more like $35 each plus the cost of the champagne. I won’t go to their special buffet again, it just wasn’t worth nearly the price. I have eaten here many times and really enjoyed everything about my previous experiences - 5 star for sure but this just fell far short of those prvious meals.

We booked in for Easter at $100 a person with a party of 10. They sat us in the corner, behind the coffee service, facing the wall, fire extinguisher, fire panel and the fire door exit. Terrible table they tried squeezing in to service more people. We asked for a different table and the hostess was extremely hostile, even when a large table in the main room was available. We were at the restaurant for 3 hours and the table she refused us sat empty while we sat squeezed into a corner. We spent over $1000 for a premium Easter experience and it was just a bad banquet hall experience. The main restaurant manager attempted to make it right after the fact and he saw what happened and the open table we were refused by his hostess manger. I would recommend going somewhere else. Lots of good options in the area. The food was good and our server was nice but really when you have bad management handling your customers, it really tells the true tale of how the restaurant is run. Also note, I am not a complainer and I do understand situations happen but this was bad and she was so hostile that I am writing my first Open Table bad review because I don't want anyone else experiencing what we did.

Bon Appetit did a wonderful job of executing their Valentines Day dinner dance. Everything was festive and the food and service were wonderful as always. We typically do not dine out on Valentines Day as many restaurants tend to overextend themselves and the results for the guests are poor. This was not the case at Bon Appetit. Nicely done!

We had a wonderful evening. The only complaint I would have is that my I had specifically asked when I called to reserve, whether or not we could eat downstairs and then come upstairs to dance (mainly because we had another couple that wanted to join us that evening but didn't see gluten free on the dinner/dance menu). I was told on the phone when I booked, that NO you had to book on or the other people would not be allowed to just come upstairs and dance. Well unfortunately, people were let in to just dance that did not purchase tickets to the dinner/dance. I did address it kindly with the hostess and she said yes people can come in to just dance. I told her what I had been told specifically on the phone. She did apologize, but I do believe people should not have been allowed inside that did not pay for the dinner/dance upstairs. That was a reserved dinner/dance. But we had a fabulous time and thank you. We love Bon Appetit and it is always a place we bring our friends and family when they are in town. We look forward to the next event!

The only reason why I gave 4 stars on food was because they ran out of Prime Rib at my 6 PM reservation at the buffet. I was really disappointed and felt that at $100 a plate, they should not have run out. I was offered NY Strip Steak, which I accepted, but it's not what I was looking forward to. I appreciate that they offered a solution, but from now on, I won't book my reservation that late, just to avoid this problem in the future. Overall, Bon Appetit is always a wonderful place for special occasions such as this.
