We had a lovely dinner at Bolero. We ordered the butter lettuce and pear salad to start. Our main course was the chicken, chorizo and ham paella. The paella was delicious better than the ones we tried in Spain!

Th food was good, but very small portions for the price, hard to decide what to eat should have pictures on the menu, and they should have plate options as well with salads or soups on the menu, not only ala carte!

The brunch buffet and service were excellent. After brunch, I walked around Europa Village—what fantastic scenery! I highly recommend attending their brunch buffet on the weekends.

I booked a birthday meal here for a friend, I wasn’t aware it was buffet only. Had I known that I may have picked somewhere else, I’m not sure everyone in my party was planning to spend $60 on top of treating the birthday girl. That being said the food was delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, we were there for 3 hours and were not rushed.

I love this restaurant but the buffet was not as good as their regular menu items. The service was great. I plan to eat here often but will not try the buffet again.

Service was pretty good everyone was friendly, I expressed that I was very allergic to seafood and other things and then the food cokes out and spills shrimp literally on me , on my $2000 P coat from and all that was offered was a desert and a dry cleaning bill. Not was I expected .. definitely won’t be going back ! I mean hello I’m allergic to shellfish and fish and you are going to walk over to my table with that in the first place knowing we aren’t ordering that after what I said then sent on me !! Unbelievable

Excellent food, we had breakfast lunch and dinner and all were great. The service is outstanding. Wines are great!

Bolero is a tapas restaurant within the beautiful Europa Vineyards complex. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our server, Marissa, was attentive and gracious. The food was exceptional! We ordered the beet salad, scallops, croquettes, and sea bass. The preparations were unique and delicious! We will definitely return!
