Staff, LITERALLY HATE customers, a complete inconvenience to their existence, when seated no one explained the menu, more to the point, no one asked if we needed the menu explained, no one asked if we wanted a drunk, I had to pull a staff member deliberately, no one offered more garlic bread, or chips, and was only AFTER Asking for manager did someone offer dessert! Staff were absolutely DISGUSTING! No one asked if our food was ok, Nd when bringing this to a waitstaff attention he literally scoffed as if to say, yeaaaa wellll what you gonna do…. Utter DISGRACE

We were forgetting about and then told it’s due to steak being cooked medium well while a table beside us came in after us and got there food the same time as us

I was very disappointed with my steak. I ordered the 10 oz. Striploin. While it was cooked to medium rare as requested, it was very chewy and bristled. I had to cut off a large section length of the meat, as well as spit out several parts of the steak that were not able to be fully chewed. I told the waiter of my disappointment and although he apologized, he did not offer me a different plate of steak. This embodied the revolving door get you in and out atmosphere of the restaurant. I would not recommend eating here.

Love the layout here... My 1st steak was over cooked but it was changed out immediately with no question... The service was absolutely brilliant, the staff were amazing and as it was xmas eve we left a nice tip... highly recommend the place for best value steak in Dublin...

Excellent service so quick with bringing food and drinks very attentive. Very accommodating to allergies my mum is a coeliac and they were accommodating to her from the starter to dessert. Delicious food.
