Bob’s Steak & Chop House es un restaurante de cortes finos muy famoso en todo el país y especializado en la carne de primera calidad de reses alimentadas con maíz y originaria del medio oeste. A steakhouse at an Omni in La Costa should be way better than this. Total let down. Food was sub par. Waiter was awful, and not once did we get a refill on our drinks. And seriously what is up with that big carrot it's was cold and for plating presentation it's so ugly.

Food was great as always. Unfortunately the service was uncharacteristically slow. Had empty drinks for over 25 minutes and the waiter forgot to take our order. Table next to us was seated well after and had their salads and food well before us.

Another fabulous evening at Bob’s! Jeff delivered fabulous service in spite of the fact the restaurant was jam packed! We all ordered something different and everyone raved about their meal. The blue cheese salad is excellent and was served in ice cold dishes. My rib eye was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Other dinners were rack of lamb, filet mignon and duck. Everyone loved their dinners. Bob’s always delivers great service and fabulous food and is the best steakhouse in San Diego County in my opinion. It is also our favorite restaurant!

I used to love this place but think the value is not as strong as it used to be. It's pricey so I expect the kind of service you get at high end restaurant and it just wasn't there. And the steak was good but not amazing for the price (we ordered the porterhouse which was close to $90). I do like that the don't charge you separately for the potatoes. My biggest complain is really the service, there were long waits to get our second round of drinks, salt and pepper, get the check, etc.

The parking was terrible getting in and out of the facility was terrible. The food was average. The service was poor. The noise was very loud.

Unfortunately for the price tag at the end of the meal, my husband & I both agreed, we would go elsewhere next time. We waited a long time for our meal even though we had a reservation. Very much felt like they made sure we finished our bottle of wine before food came so that we’d be forced to order another with our meal. That’s an extra $100 tacked on to the bill, minimum!! For service - atmosphere - food quality and wonderful style touches, you just can’t beat Born and Raised in San Diego. Bob’s Steakhouse was near by for taking grandparents but I won’t be back.
