Great experience here! The staff was very friendly and the owner even came by after he played some live music. The German Tacos starter was so delicious. We got the schnitzel and the fried chicken and both were great. Definitely worth a visit and I plan on going back!

We were there on taps Tuesday night. Outstanding bargain of 50% off on appetizers! The schnitzel bites and čevapčiči were my favorites. Mussels were delicious with a nice sauce. Great way to try a number of things in one seating.

We loved the menu with so many influences from Europe and Texas and everything we ordered was fantastic! We also enjoyed the incredible specialty cocktails and the two different wines we tried. We had an opportunity to chat with the owner & chef and had a great conversation about his approach to the menu and the wines and cocktails. A really interesting guy! We love this place and will be coming back and bringing our friends. Spread the word, this place is great!!

Made a rez after seeing reel on Instagram and it did NOT disappoint! Great cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts! Very attentive service as well, we’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Fantastic food! That Slovak Mac and Cheese transported me to Bratislava and the kolaches are truly authentic - it reminded me of the style my Czech grandmother used to make. Amazing! I look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Excellent food. Slovak halusky, schnitzel and chicken paprikas were great. We had some apricot brandy, czech beer and original kolache with it. Hard to beat. Vlado provided the music, not too loud, the restaurant is great for people who want to talk. Highly recommended

All the dishes we ordered were great. Red snapper, schnitzel, and paprikash weren't overly rich or greasy. Tasted authentic and true to the country of origin.

Menu variety is great. We sampled several items. Polish tacos highly recommended. Ambience and decor chill but vibrant. Wait staff knowledgeable and attentive. Unique for Houston.

We had New Years dinner 2025 with Blue Tuba. They had a special event menu which was very inspired. We really like the European sensibility they bring to Houston. There was a significant delay on the main entre, but the service at BT is excellent and they were very consciousness about addressing the mater and making it right. We love this locally owned and operated eatery ... great service, recipes, ambience. They have lots of heart ...you can feel it. ...and taste it.
