I'm upset that staff bait and switched me what I ordered. Staff didn't understand English overpriced.

We ate here for New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All of the staff went above and beyond to see that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing! My husband raved about the clam chowder and we split the fish and chips and lobster ravioli which were both incredible! I highly recommend the Blue Mermaid for anyone in the San Francisco area!!

We had reservations for 8. We were seated by the host. We sat and waited for service and had several servers walk by and avoid eye contact. No one came to our table. After 15 minutes we got up and walked out. We went to Bueno Vista around the corner and had a great experience.

Food was excellent. We had oysters, popcorn shrimp, garlic bread, fish/chips, burger. Service was very good but the place was a little loud. Overall great food and it was open on Christmas Day! Yay!

I had the pleasure of dining at the Blue Mermaid for Christmas Eve, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the evening special. The ambiance was warm and festive, providing the perfect setting for the holiday. The meal itself was outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Blue Mermaid for any occasion and look forward to returning soon.

One of my new favorite spots in the neighborhood! The menu is vibrant and full of flavorful offerings. The squash soup and turkey dinner for Thanksgiving were standout dishes, truly something special. The thoughtful menu selection, paired with the creative use of spices, makes dining here a delightful experience. Looking forward to returning to try more! Especially their Signature Dishes.

Excellent Breakfast options. Had the French toast and the sailors omelette. Enjoyed every bite of that. Will recommend others to try and will be back sometime soon.
