Blu Grotto Ristorante consists of a beautiful conservatory dining room, large outdoor decks and an open air Beer Garden open Thursday-Sunday

Chef James Corona’s Menu consists of Modern adaptations of Regional Italian Classics, hand made and imported dry pastas, fresh seafood and prime steak. Chef Corona believes that the Italian method of serving only the freshest and locally grown, makes for the best possible ingredients.

Our beverage program consists of artisanal cocktails, extensive beer and by the glass wine offerings and a deep wine list by the bottle that has perennial favorites as well as esoteric wines from around the world.

Another amazing and delicious meal for Blu Grotto’s ‘Jersey Shore Restaurant Week’. We were happy with their special menu choices - escarole bean soup and hamachi crudo ( addictive), short ribs and fluke franchise- both exceptional- and Italian cheesecake and chocolate lava cake with hazelnut gelato for desserts. Great service, lovely surroundings and great wine menu. One of our favorite places to dine! Thank you to a wonderfully talented chef!

Our server was welcoming and and was sure to follow up with the kitchen when I told him about my allergy concerns. We ordered off their “Jersey Shore Restaurant Week” menu which was excellent. The choices, portions and taste were all great. It was a wonderful dining experience.

This is my favorite go to restaurant but was extremely disappointed. Service was bad & it was not busy. Pork Chop way overcooked & dry. Chop salad which I can’t wait to eat had no flavor. Pasta in Parm wheel & drinks were great. A meal that cost $300+ I should not have left so disappointed.

A very quiet Wednesday evening at Blu Grotto brought another great meal to our table. Shared amuse bouche dips, appetizer special stuffed hot peppers, delicious entrees skirt steak cooked perfectly and pork chop Milanese enough for two meals and delicious as well! We always love dining here with great service, generous glasses of great wine and a beautiful atmosphere!

My reservation was for 5pm. Arrived 7 minutes early to find the door locked. The unlocked the door to tell us they don't open until 5pm. Not- would you like to go to the bar until your table is ready?? Our appetizers were ok, shrimp was over cooked. Main course was a seafood dish. The scallops were perfect the class were OK bit the shrimp and lobster were also over cooked. Like eating an eraser

We had the perfect night! Ate outside! Weather was gorgeous, food was 5 star and the band added great background! Service was attentive, friendly and informative! Love this venue ♥️

The food was not tasty at all. My husband had ordered black pasta with seafood, but the spaghetti had no sauce at all. It felt like spaghetti + butter. I ordered the tuna and I asked for rare - it came medium seared and soaked in oil. I then asked for bronzino, but it was not tasty and again soaked in oil. We celebrated our anniversary and we are very grateful for the little Prosecco gift, but they need to hire a new chef.
