I recently dined at Blind Owl on a busy Saturday night, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the food was passable—nothing exceptional but not terrible—the drinks were disappointingly watered down, lacking any real flavor or kick. The noise level was overwhelming, making it difficult to hold a conversation without shouting. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but the service was also painfully slow. It took 20 min to get water and at one point our waiter disappeared for about 30 minutes. It was frustrating because it made us late for plans we had after dinner. While I acknowledge the challenge of managing a weekend crowd, the combination of mediocre food, subpar drinks, and lackluster service means I’m unlikely to return anytime soon.

It was good, the wait for our food and for someone to take our orders was a little long. Also someone in our group bought the buffalo wrap but was surprised when it didn’t have chicken in it. Overall the food was good though

A few things in the process were off. It will be a while before we return. Great and attentive individual behind the bar.

We were the only diners there at 10:00 am on a Saturday, surprising for Royal Oak. We didn’t care though. The food was good and our waitress attentive.

Our first time visiting, found the menu to be eclectic and full of choices. Chicken empanadas appetizers melted in the mouth. My husband enjoyed his sushi tacos which were a fun way to present. My quesadilla was substantial and delicious, I took home leftovers. Service was excellent and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive.

Wait time for everything was way too long. After being seated, it was 20 minutes and still no one came to our table. 5 employees standing in area near the door and wife approached one and said we will be leaving . Our waitress immediately arrived, apologized and said it was not her area but that she will be filling in. She was great but still long wait for food. We had 2 rounds of drinks, an appetizer and dinner and it was over 2 hours. Sorry but not a great start.
