Food came out lukewarm at best. Had to ask our server multiple times for refills. The whole time watching the chef, kitchen manager and front of house manager just having a great time chatting and carrying on.

Love Blanco but the way the acoustics in the room is terrible is it’s already loud and then the music just makes it impossible to hear During lunch it is a great location for a lunch meeting but the noise level prohibits a good meeting unless you sit outside I get the vibe and music for dinner but could you consider turn the music down a bit during lunch hour

Vibrant and bright atmosphere (a little loud) but great for our large group of 9. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Appetizers of guac, street corn and queso were all good and finished by our group. Waitress proactively brought us more chips. Steak on the fajitas was really flavorful. Corn tortillas are made there, flour are not, but were good. Those that had burritos said they had too many beans and the mixture of meat to beans was not well distributed. Drinks were strong. Those that had rice wished it would have been the Spanish kind. Overall a good experience.

Our server, Sebastian, was awesome. We had some special needs and he was thorough in making them happen. Food was great and the restaurant is always relaxing. Would prefer to have the music a bit lower to facilitate conversation at the table.

Blanco is hands down, my favorite Mexican restaurant in AZ. The service is always great, the food is AMAZING! I could eat here every day, seriously. The short rib enchiladas are mouth watering! The salsa is the best. The shrimp enchiladas are amazing, really everything is. The drinks are also delicious.

Overall, the experience was good. However, Get Rid of the small hardback METAL chairs in the main Dining room. My back and derriere suffered through the whole experience. Those chairs, related to the food and atmosphere, is completely uncalled for.

We were seated outside with an early (5:30pm) reservation and then forgotten. Maybe ask to sit inside?
