The ambiance, service, flavor of food, live entertainment was all great. The crab dip was amazing as well as my Chesapeake pasta. The French onion soup along with the streak, vegetables and potatoes were also great and flavorful. Our server was great also.

Sabrina our server was amazing and engaging. Blackwall was prepared for v day and knocked it out of the park. Freak music by Grayson moon as well.

First time diners…very impressive restaurant! Food was very good and the staff were very attentive and the waiter was great always checking in with us! We were there for Valentines Day and were very happy and treated like we were the only ones there…no rush. Happy with our experience and will definitely make reservations again there! A+

We had a lovely time at Blackwell Barn and Lodge. Seated promptly at our reservation time. Very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff. Good wine selection. Food was fantastic, particularly brussel sprouts and duck fries. We will return. Another great restaurant in Howard County.

I ordered the short rib flatbread and the chicken Cobb salad, and both dishes were fantastic. The portion sizes were generous, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything arrived in a timely manner. Our waitress, Christy, did an outstanding job. She even recommended the short ribs for takeout, which we ended up buying. Considering it was $27 for a serving that feeds two plus veggies, it was a great deal.

It was packed and very loud, hard to hear and talk. Service was slow. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos with the chipotle sauce on the side so they were dry. I can’t have anything spicy. I should have asked for some regular mayo but overall they weren’t worth the $26.
