Ethiopian cuisine is as old as it is broad - taking its cues from the whole African plain. Typically including spicy vegetable, lentil and meat dishes in the form of a spicy wat curry made using chilli powder berbere served atop of an injera sourdough flatbread. It’s delicious as it is simple and definitely one not to be missed. You’ll even get to enjoy a traditional strong Ethiopian coffee afterwards.

Considered an ancestor of traditional American soul food – think jambalaya or gumbo - Nigerian cuisine offers a bright and colourful selection of meat and vegetable dishes that tantalise your senses. Nigerians are known for their love of parties and gatherings, thus Nigerian dishes are designed to celebrate life! On this session our chef will introduce you to some authentic Nigerian ingredients and cookery techniques so you can celebrate the iconic culinary gems of Nigeria and West African cookery right at home!
