The only off putting details that I recall are: 1. Our waitress looked like she was fresh out of bed (messy hair and a bit disheveled looking)...everyone else was well put together, and 2. One employee stood next to the hostess the entire time engaged in personal conversation....no real impact on me other than wondering if she actually worked at all or if her boss just pays people to stand around chitchatting for an hour straight.

Had chicken Caesar salad, Mexican burger and cheesy fries. Food all very good . Would definitely go again .

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Server was very attentive but when we ordered our burgers, we discussed temperature. We wanted no red meat, asked for medium to medium well. He mandated well done. That’s what we got. Two dry 22 dollar burgers which were supposedly award winners. Fries not fresh cut either. This place could really be a top performer if you could get a medium well juicy burger with real fries. Then the price is ok. Fries were apparently waiting for those 20 minute burgers to finish because they were like warm. Run down to 5 Guys, see how they do it, then apply your recipes, and you’ll have a home run.

Great Burgers & Wings, and although we didn't get a Milkshake, I saw 2 made and they looked like Artwork! The service was good, friendly staff. There for a business lunch, Diet Coke was flat, reg Coke was good, beverage glasses were too small. They were the size of "kid's cups", we had to keep asking for refills, which was frustrating while trying to eat. The ambiance was flat. The restaurant looks better on the exterior than on the interior, which is rare. The bathrooms were bad! Two unisex I guess because they weren't marked well if at all, and simply were a turn-off.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Server was friendly and came to check on us several times. Food was well-prepared and okay in flavor. Some items were grossly overpriced, like the queso dip at $12 and Sprite at $4. I expect some of the higher food cost had to do with the premium location downtown. With parking costing an additional $44, I likely won't visit again unless I'm already downtown for something else.
