WHY EAT ORDINARY, WHEN YOU CAN EAT ON A ROCK?!

You are booking a PRIORITY seating, similar to a call ahead. We do not do reservations. You will be put on our list and when your entire party has arrived you will get the next available table. Please make sure to check in with the host and we will be sure to seat you as soon as possible but this doesn't mean it will be at the exact time of your priority booking. Your reservation isn’t actually a reservation, it’s a “priority list” and you still need to wait 30 mins to an hour when you get to the restaurant, which is not clear at all. Our drinks from the bar came out after our food so we didn’t even want them anymore and they didn’t take off the tab or anything. So Smokey that we were coughing. Awful experience

We waited for a long period for our appetizers and alcohol drinks. However, our server was very nice and polite he did not visit our table much. Our food did come out hot and was very good. Was just disappointed in wait times for everything. we even had a reservation for 445 pm before it started to get busy. I had a note that it was for a birthday, not a person asked who birthday. This is only reason that was not a 5 star, but overall, food was great

We always enjoy Valentines Dinner here but this year they didn't offer the Valentines special so we went with other choices. I ordered the 2 petite filets and shrimp but I should've just order the filet. There was just more fat on the cuts. Overall we love Black Rock. Our server was ok but I'm sure she was just swamped. We always look forward to dining here.

Service was not great. We sat for 15 minutes once we got there before being acknowledge by our server. Once they came around and we ordered our waters it took about 15 to get them. The waiter seemed overwhelmed by the amount of tables he had, so help for him would have been nice. They could have at least had someone going around doing refills or checking to make sure you didn’t need anything. There were several times we didn’t have drinks because they needed refills. There were several times I looked around and noticed nearby tables going through the same thing. Will not be returning to this location.

Cooking your steak right at the table was awesome, with the garlic butter and steak sauce was so delicious! Loved the Burgundy mushrooms, too!

The hostess was a little frazzled, and not many in the restaurant. Our wait staff was great, food was good, just gets a bit smokey, I think they should provide maybe "wet ones" to wipe off the table where it gets a bit greasy! All in All - food was good, love cooking my own steak to get it where I want it to be, this was our 2nd visit, and we will be back
