Black Rock Bar & Grill is an award-winning steakhouse specializing in steaks served and cooked to perfection by you on a 755-degree volcanic sizzling rock. Our concept ensures that every bite is just as hot and juicy as the first, and is always cooked just the way you like it!

WHY EAT ORDINARY, WHEN YOU CAN EAT ON A ROCK?!

You are booking a PRIORITY seating, similar to a call ahead. We do not do reservations. You will be put on our list and when your entire party has arrived you will get the next available table. Please make sure to check in with the host and we will be sure to seat you as soon as possible but this doesn't mean it will be at the exact time of your priority booking. Cool experience. Waiter, Tyler, was amazing. Steaks should be seasoned, or option to season them, before placing on hot rock. But it was all good. One of the few places who gives soup or salad with your meal, a huge plus.

I've eaten at Black Rock before and enjoyed the food. I decided to go there for my birthday and listed it as a special occasion. Before we finished our meal, I asked the waiter what they do for birthdays, and he said he wasn't sure. Mind you, I noticed that he had just celebrated with another patron. I find it offensive that he lied to me in that manner. The situation was reported to management, and I will never dine there again. Hopefully, my actions will prevent this from happening to another guest.

The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The burgers are very tasty. And our son’s steak and shrimp scampi was delicious. Sides were fresh and generously sized. Can’t wait to go back!

Always a great experience at Black Rock. Love that I have the option to cook my food just the way I like and keeping at a good temperature. The sides were perfect. Great place for special celebrations.

Got there just after 4, the bartender was our server; She was personable, funny, and made it a great experience for a birthday celebration! The lobster bisque was the best it’s been from our previous 2 trips and you can never go wrong with the stone. Ate too much of the dessert but worth it; Husband thoroughly enjoyed a few rounds of the Golden Goose.
