    Soup & salad took a while could have arrived in 15 minutes but arrived estimate 30 minutes along with entrees. Entrees were getting cold and rushed to have the delicious clam chowder. Did not seem super busy but wait for our meals seemed extremely delayed. We frequently dine with you but are considering other alternatives. Hope you can work on service timing as we do enjoy your food.

    The turkey dinner for Thanksgiving was perfect and well worth the money. Turkey or turkey roll was well prepared and the stuffing, mash potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy and pumpkin pie , allowed us to eat a delicious meal and let us feel like we were having standard Thanksgiving day feast in Michigan, while enjoying the wonderful weather in Hawaii!

    Bad - Disappointed where coupons, cannot use during holiday. Thanksgiving being holiday, I could not use 10% discount. - We had twin lobster and wife had Filet Mignon, it was not the best meat. - The lighting was too dark in the restaurant, hard to read the menu. Good - Waitress was outstanding and very friendly.

    Our dinner was delicious and our server, Anna, was very attentive. Every time we go it’s a pleasant, laid back comfortable experience.

    Second time here for Thanksgiving and because we were there for lunch instead of dinner, it was truly a winner experience. We arrived a little early and checked in. We were seated just a couple of minutes after other reservation time. Slightly slower than dinner last year because we were on the bar side versus the main area. So it was a little quieter and leisurely. Server Cody was awesome. He was quick and efficient and friendly. Checked back on us at all the appropriate times. Three of us had the turkey dinner plate. Two of them hadn’t had it before and were impressed with how juicy the turkey was, the quantity of turkey, and the taste. We asked for and were brought extra cranberry relish. Two had the 12 oz prime rib and were very pleased with it. Prepared as ordered, medium rare for both. They ate it all so it must have been good. May not be expensive restaurant cuts, but for the price it’s always good, tender, tasty outer layer, juicy middle. Two minor things - cranberry relish was pretty tart. Would recommend a change in recipe for next year. Not enough gravy, but if course they bring more on request. I plan on returning next year - Black Angus is an excellent option that’s right in between getting a catered turkey package and dining in at really upscale restaurants, where turkey isn’t something I would order.

    Restaurant needs to be cleaned and upgraded. Had a musty smell. Service was great.

    Today my friends and I went to Black Angus to celebrate my 69th birthday. We went to our favorite go-to steak house Black Angus. Black Angus always delivers with good food, great value and excellent service. We never leave still hungry. The steaks cooked perfectly, side were great and the desserts, with the free cowboy cookie with ice cream, DELICIOUS!!! Thankyou Black Angus for a great 69th birthday experience.
