    Black Haus is one of our faves to frequent in Parker. The food is always top notch and the service is tremendous. Last night, I had the Haus Meatloaf and it was amazing.

    Great spot on Mainstreet in downtown Parker...broad menu, amazing dishes all around. My wife had the short rib risotto and I had the French dip sandwich, and we both said they were literally the best we'd ever had. And the desserts were ridiculously good but also light (try the cheesecake) all in all, very reasonable prices. Thank you to the staff, chefs and Colleen for a wonderful dinner, we can't wait to return!

    Menu has a nice variety and prices aren't horrible. $15 for an albeit very good Manhattan. Food prices are upper moderate. Quality is pretty good, though. The Bolognes was very good. Salmon was good, too. Kid's burgers sliders kept our son's attention. We a little loud in the small space. But, overall ambiance was warm and inviting.

    Wine dinner food and drinks are always so amazing. Portions could have been a little smaller, but such great pairings.

    Date night!! We had another great meal at Black+Haus Tavern. This is 3 for 3 in recent weeks. We had the Gorgonzola Pasta and French Dip. The flavors were amazing. Portion sizes are a bit large but great value. Drinks are made with care and taste great. I would say that this is the second time we have been in for dinner before an event at the Pace Center. The staff always seems a bit surprised that it is busy. I would recommend that someone check the events calendar and share that with the staff. Perhaps staff an extra body? Not a complaint - just a suggestions.

    Food and service were great. The main room and bar area were quite loud. Understandable since it was a Friday night but would like to try sitting in the back room next time

    Valerie, our server, was super friendly and helpful, gave great menu recommendations, and was very attentive to all of her tables! The burger buns were a little too soggy for our preference, making them very messy to eat. But they tasted delicious, flavors were great, and the fries+chimichurri combo we were recommended was super good! The drink I had was strong but not too much so, it subtly highlighted the flavors very well and was the perfect size so it didn’t go right to my head! We will be back, but we might get something other than the burgers next time!
