The bartender, front door greeters were very friendly! Bartender and servers were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Food was very good with the exception of the side dishes which arrived lukewarm and late- which is not typical here. We have dined here a few times here recently and it's always been great.

I reserved a table for 3. Me and my family (wife and toddler) were seat in the farthest corner of the restaurant nearest the kitchen. It was super noisy, busy, and at any given time there would be servers standing outside of the kitchen area surveying the restaurant. The booth was situated right next to sound system. Lastly, the AC was blowing, it was 20 degrees outside. I ordered Waygu Meatballs in some sort of cream sauce that presented well but was tasteless. We also ordered two Caesar salads that was mostly the spine of the lettuce leafs, not very much dressing or even cheese on it to be memorable. It surely didn’t look like a gourmet option. My entree was the salmon on a bed of mixed greens along with a side of Brussel sprouts, atop a sweet puree’ of some sort. Again, the entree plated well but the puree was too sweet and the salmon wasn’t seasoned enough. The brussel sprouts were on the sweeter side as well. The plate was too sweet overall, and lacked any savoriness. I ordered Mac and cheese for my daughter and the dish came to our table cold. Not luke warm, cold. My wife said her dish wasn’t anything she would order again. It’s like the chef or prep staff didn’t even taste the food before sending it out to the table. The staff was pleasant enough, but after taking our order the main waitress didn’t come back to check on us until we were about ready to leave. The support staffer was also pleasant and much more helpful. I usually don’t respond to survey’s but this was a special dinner for my wife. I mentioned it in the reservation about it being an anniversary but non of the staff addressed the occasion at all. The dinner was an overall disappointing experience. We attend black and blue when we want to celebrate something special, or feel special when going out for a really good dinner. On previous dinners we have left very satisfied. But not this time. My wife wants to pause attending for a while. Hopefully your experience will be better than ours.

Our server Robert was amazing, food was good and the chocolate crem brûlée was amazing!

Grouper was overcooked, steak had a grisle line through the center. Steak issue brought up to server who promptly addressed the issue by offering another Rib-Eye or choice of other cuts... The Manager on duty did stop by our table to apologize for the poor cut of meat which was served. My wife declined the offer of a replacement steak, the Rib-Eye was removed from the bill and a dessert was offered at no charge.
