Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Our service was terrible. We waited over an hour to get our appetizers or our food. We had to ask many times for silverware and more water. Very disappointed. We never really saw our server, I know it was busy but never experienced that before.

Large party got a bit rowdy near us but the food was good bar tender was a bit overworked but no complaints

I am a root beer guy. The homebrew is some of the best root beer I have ever had. Absolutely wonderful. the food including dessert was wonderful as well. To be fair I would return again even if the food was sub par just for the root beer!

All the food was cold. Manager took forever to come to the table when we asked. Worse food experience ever

The food was not great. Very basic with no flavor and way too salty especially for the price. The only good thing about the place was the server.

The food and our server were great. We didn’t expect to have to wait when we had a reservation and they didn’t appear to be that busy. Overall experience was good.

Easter Sunday - 11 am - One server taking care of the first 5 or 6 tables. Tables with 3 to 6 guests each. Very slow service, not attentive to beverage refills needed. We all had the Prime Rib, cool to the touch, 1 serving has at least 1/3 fat. Not much flavor to the prime rib. Pretty bad when the baked potato and the asparagus out shined the advertised special of Prime Rib. We use to come to BJ's at least 2-3 times a month. Service began to be lacking so we discontinued. Thought we would give it another try. We were very disappointed. The price we paid for the less than ok meal and poor service has left us taking BJ's off our "to go to restaurants" list.

Our server Tyler was amazing! Best service we’ve ever had at BJ’s. From start to finish he was truly awesome my children even commented on his energy & service. Need more servers like him!
