Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. My wife and I were on a date and decided to go to BJs. The food and drinks were great. The only issue we had was that our boneless wings arrived to our table warm. They were at the point where we decided to take them home and eat them later as they were cooling down. I wanted to say something, but opted not to, knowing they would throw them away and bring me a hot order. I don't believe in wasting food. That was my only complaint. Service was great.

It’s was extremely hot and never got cooled down the entire time we were there. And didn’t get happy birthday sang to my father in law. Tea tasted old.

Sometimes, BJs can be hit or miss. However, our experience at their Round Rock location exceeded my expectations. The food was great, and the pricing was surprisingly good, considering how prices have soared recently. However, the best part was the waiter. He was a young man who seemed to take pride in his job and went above and beyond in his service. He wasn't just a warm body taking our order, which is more common today. Great job, BJs! Keep it up, and we'll be back!

It is a very noisy restaurant but the food and service do a good job of overriding !

The ONLY reason I did not give this 5-stars across the board is due to the hostess station. When we walked in, there were 3 people at the booth in a discussion regarding seating. They were SO focused on their conversation that no one recognized that our party and one other behind us were waiting to be seated. Finally, after the discussion was finished (with no apology offered for the extended wait), we checked in and were asked to follow one of the three hosts, who was standing BEHIND the enclosure, but who also just barely made eye contact with us before she started walking to our table. I realize this sounds petty, but the first engagement is crucial to the overall experience. Our waitress was stellar as was the food, so I only mention this because it was such a stark contrast to the rest of our visit.

I usually enjoy eating at BJs; however, this was not as great of an experience. The serve was very nice however we forgot to bring us ketchup several times and one time brought me the check instead we weren't ready for it. Also, my spaghetti was lukewarm, and when I asked for a newer portion, it was the same temperature. *Be careful to make sure the pasta is hot. Thankfully, the pot stickers were delicious and hot :)
