Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We had a bad experience all around. Made reservations for 9 two days before at 6:30. Walked in 10 minutes early and checked in. Waited until almost 7 to be sat after I told the lady that 3 of our friends weren’t going to make it. We sat down, waitress took forever to order drinks. Finally got drinks. The waitress was MIA all night. I ordered the Mac n cheese and couscous bites and my friends ordered the chips and dip app. My app of fried food came out first and then the chips and came out 10 minutes later. The spinach artichoke dip looked like it had been sitting for awhile as the top was chilled over and looked like it was overcooked on top. We asked the waitress about some of the seasoning that was stuck in the corner of dish and she was snobby. Said it was artichoke dip.. no duh.. what was all the brown crap in the corner of the dish. We got it replaced. We finally tracked out waitress down to order 2 out of 6 people ordered when we got to the third. She wanted the steak at medium rare and she told her she couldn’t do that. The best she could do was medium. My friend called her out for her attitude and said she was being rude(her tone was awful). The waitress replied that my friend was rude too. We decided to not order, asked to close out and got the manager. The manager got us a new waiter and refunded our apps. The second waiter was better.

We didn’t get seated till 40 min after our reservation time and had an event to attend so it was pretty rushed dinner.

Family of 9, was able to be seated a few minutes before reservation time since the staff had already put our table together. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Second birthday this year that we have celebrated here due to the service and attitude of the staff. Will definitely be back soon.

Great place for lunch - not crowded at noon and their $13 menu provided plenty of choices. I got the chicken Parmesan with pasta and a salted caramel pizzoki dessert and was more than full. Staff is great and friendly. Restrooms are clean. At the time I was there the noise level was as to be expected- I could hear my friend across the table without problems.

Our first time at this restaurant & I have to say: “Amazing unlimited soup & salad! Very delicious! My favorites were the clam chowder & broccoli cheddar soup. And for the salad: the mozzarella & tomato!” The mini pizookie was great, for a nice finishing touch. Great Value! We will be back!

We had 11 family members & had a big variety of appetizers & entrees & pizookies. Service was great as was the food. Our reservation was ready when we arrived.

We recently booked the private dining room at BJ's for our daughter's birthday celebration, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was beautifully designed and spacious, providing plenty of comfort for all our guests to enjoy the occasion. Our waitress, Tammy, was absolutely amazing—gracious, attentive, and highly professional. She ensured that everyone in our party felt well taken care of and had a great time. Her warm demeanor truly added to the celebration. The food was delicious and arrived promptly, with appetizers served quickly to kick off the meal. Everything was perfectly prepared and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to BJ's and especially Tammy for making our celebration so memorable. Highly recommend!
