   Restaurant was busy on a Friday night, so it was understandable that service was a little slow. Server promised more chips for our appetizer but never brought them. Also, didn't like that she would address each of the women at the table as "Queen". We were there for a birthday and the server pointed out what dessert would be "on the house" but then charged us for it anyway. Food is excellent t but service wasn't up to par.

   The food and atmosphere is great. Never had a bad meal. The place gets pretty crowded on a Friday night. The drinks at 12 bucks a pop is a bit much for the south side. TG for local watering holes.

   Randomly stopped by last week and had an amazing server. Stopped in last night with the family and had a mediocre experience. Server was ok but rushed us not explaining specials. In all fairness he was attentive but slight attitude. Food was great beer is on point! Great overall but wouldn’t seek out server next time.

   We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse in Orland Park, and it was a delightful experience. Our party included my dad, my wife, my sister-in-law, and my niece, and we all had a great time. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a family gathering. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal. Our server was particularly patient and helpful, especially with our niece, who can be a bit picky. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and everyone found something they enjoyed. The deep-dish pizza was a hit, and the Pizookie® dessert was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. We also appreciated the selection of handcrafted beers, which added a nice touch to the celebration. Overall, BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse provided a memorable dining experience for my mom's birthday. We look forward to returning for future family gatherings.
