Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. I made a reservation on Open Table for 6 people at noon. I specifically made the reservation because we didn't have time to wait. We arrived at noon and then had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to put tables together for us. While we waited for the table to be ready I went to the ladies room. The ladies room was filthy. Keep in mind they had just opened an hour earlier and there were only three other tables seated in the dining room when we arrived. It was obvious that the restrooms had not been cleaned from the night before. In general, the food was fine but certainly does not deserve more than 2 stars. Overall, very disappointing.

I always enjoy the food and ambiance there. I did order something different (chicken and broccoli Alfredo) and it was not as tasty as the other dishes I’ve had in the past. However, it still is a good place to eat and socialize. The staff continues to be professional and courteous.

Ordered a Mediterranean bowl which is noted on menu as gluten free. Told server I am gluten free so meal came out without any dairy. I didn’t say I was dairy free. The three meals ordered were all mediocre. Service was fair, not great. It wasn’t very busy so there’s no reason service couldn’t be better.

Please do not book with open table. This location does not treat it as a reservation yet also fails to integrate it into their waitlist process. I thought I was using a more secure confirmation of large party availability ( eight people), by making a reservation, but instead we were just added to the waitlist when we got there. I would’ve just joined the waitlist myself 30 minutes before if all of us were going to have to stand there for 40 minutes. Why even have an open table reservation option? Then, the service was super slow, and appetizers came out after entrees. It was wild!

Even though we had an OpenTable reservation we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated when the place was not busy. Other people that walked in waited as long as a reservation.

Restaurant was essentially empty. Very inexperienced server who kept addressing me as “honey” or “dear.” Very irritating. Husband enjoyed wings with spicy sauces. I wanted chicken pot sliders but they were sold out. Had soup& salad. Husband enjoyed a beer and I enjoyed some wine. We were lazy today and it was nice to find this place open with no wait.

The food and service were okay/average. Good place to stop after work for a bite. Not overly expensive & not overly good!

Server was great!!! Food not so much. Salmon was slightly overcooked and the broccoli was terrible. Drinks were excellent!

Aleah was great! She was very attentive, engaging and sweet! The food and drinks are also more upscale than your typical bar and pub food. I highly recommend!
