   Too loud. Couldn’t hear anyone in our party. We all left we headaches….

   We came before the dinner rush, there were lots of open tables. Why did the hostess set us right next to the loud large group of screaming 9-year-old baseball players who were slamming the metal gate? We should have asked to move. It was difficult to converse, much less enjoy our dinner. Was management paying attention? Other than that, the food was generally good.

   Worst dining experience ever. The waiter would constantly be forgetting our requests, food, drink, the correct number of plates. They didn’t give us half of our meal. Told the manager about our experience and they “took off some items” on the bill- those that we didn’t receive (and that we weren’t planning on paying for). Absolutely awful experience.

   We eat at BJ's about every two weeks. Today we had Tavern-Cut pizza (which is offered as a special on Mondays!) and Steak with Shrimp Scampi (hubby's favorite). Everything showed up as ordered and HOT. Crispy pizza crust, melty cheese -- what else could you ask for? Hubby's steak was a bit overcooked on one side, but still delectable. Our beers were served ice cold and our waiter remained attentive throughout our meal. We will be back soon.

   The quality of food has really gone down. I know the cost of food is high and changing on daily but to drop the quality is not acceptable. The pizza was below expectations and chicken wings were horrible. The two good things were the drinks and the server was nice and helpful. The food is not good!

   Food was good. Service wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I’m sure it’s always busy but we were rarely checked on and the food took a very long time to come out.

    Our waitress ALINA was wonderful. Attentive, refilled our waters, got us boxes & was even able to do separate checks…all with a great smile! 😁
