Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Server was very friendly. My soup came out just a few minutes before the entrees. The food was a good temperature and very tasty.

My appetizer salad came out almost the same time as my entree, so my entree/shrimp scampi got cold. When our server finally did come check on us, I requested lemon for the scampi. He forgot the lemon. My husband's food then arrived separately after mine. Our server didn't check back with us for refills after our food was delivered. When we were able to flag him down , I asked for my lemons again and he admittedly forgot. Service tonight was subpar. I think we had an inexperienced new server.

The hostess greeted up immediately and was friendly. After a short wait we we were seated. The entrees came before we had finished our soup and salad. It did take a long time for our pizookies however.

Gold stars to every worker at this location on Sunday night, November 3rd. We were celebrating a belated birthday and the place was absolutely slammed. There were several big parties, which is always a strain on waitstaff. Our server was gracious as she apologized for shortages or items being unavailable (the bar was out of Patron). We are always understanding of these situations because we know it wasn't her fault. Every one - hosting staff, wait staff, bus staff - were working their fannies off to keep things moving forward. Management should be proud of how well the restaurant was represented by these hard-working people.

Our server barely paid attention to us. She didn’t listen to us. We had to seek her attention and then say everything twice. This was an isolated incident. It’s never happened before. Still great food.

What’s the point of making a 7 pm reservation if they’re not going to sit you until 8pm. When my husband went to check in at 730 pm they said “we’ll try to make you a priority since you made a reservation. “🤯 we will not be coming back during the weekend again. Once we finally got a table our serve was so great and accommodating. Her name was Amber or ashley. They have a great promo on Fridays though. $34 prime rib with soup or salad and two sides. We paid $78 before tip for a family of 4.
