Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Service was good and my partner’s ahi salad was decent. I ordered the cherry chipotle salmon. The salmon was over cooked and the “glaze” was a watery liquid with couscous floating in it. It looked like soup. I have had this meal many times before and it never looked or tasted this way. Disappointing

Good ambiance for Sunday afternoon, food was just ok, kind of bland. Service was good.

I made a 7:15 and waited over a hour for a table. I checked in on-Time and and four minutes table I received a text message that my table was ready. I proceeded to back to reservation desk and told me standby and they would call my name. I waited 15 minutes and no one called my name, so I asked the person running the reservations and seating, he me that they were busy so I need to be patience. Then he went on seating walk-in before me. I heard him tell a family of four that it would be 20 minutes and I was already waiting for 25 minutes with a reservation. It happened that he lost track and of my reservation was very rude about it instead of being apologetic about it. Poor customer service and Doesn’t know the first rule, that you don’t argue with the customers.

Good as always! Big variety of dishes, everything is fresh and delicious 🤤. Great service, but can be busy evenings and weekends so it gets loud. Love this place!

Our server was interesting to say the least, I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair. She gave tables around us Attitude. My whole group of friends work in customer service so we understand it gets tuff sometimes and at first we were quite understanding but then her behavior started to show and that’s when we all weren’t enjoying our experience. When she approached our table, she tossed coasters and threw the straws at the table, she Came to our table to vent to us about another table being rude, when the food came out she stood next to me and said “can I just stand here for a little bit , can y’all just make me look busy because I just can’t” while I was trying to just spend time with my friends and enjoy our food. I understand people have their bad days but this prevents people from coming again.

It was very crowded, Sunday night. We had a reservation for 11 people, still had to wait around 10 minutes when we got there, not horrible. Ordered drinks which came out quickly but once we ordered the food, it was like our waiter disappeared. Asked for condiments and he must have forgot. Two people waited so long for their food that by the time it came, everyone else was finished. One person’s burger came back bloody when she asked for it well done, sent it back, and again waiting so long that by the time it came we were all done eating except for her. No one was around to try and order another drink. At one point the manager came over and asked if we needed anything and when we said yes, instead of helping us he said let me go find your server. Who didn’t come back so we weren’t able to order another round of drinks, whatever else we needed. We had let the waiter know at the beginning we would be splitting the check. When the check came, he asked us to look it over and it was wrong. I understand larger parties can get complicated but it took longer than it should have to get it corrected. We asked for boxes for our food, they never came. I feel like I was more generous with this review than I should have been, I love BJ’s but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a less than good experience at this location. Bummer.

We ordered the jambalaya and salmon with the cherry chipotle glaze and both were delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The Cali creamin was ice cold. The service was top notch. Great job BJ’s we will be back

I reserved a table for Valentine’s Day and I was ended up being told I still had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seated when checking in. They claimed that the website overbooked, but I still don’t understand why they couldn’t have given us a call beforehand. There’s no point in making a reservation if we still have to wait the walk-in time. It definitely ruins the plan since we would then have to go find another restaurant to dine at during the peak hours of valentines. Overall, it is just a lack of good customer service.

Our experience was terrible , we came on time for our reservation and they told us to wait two hours to be seated!!!
