Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Great experience! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Avocado Egg Rolls, a Smokehouse Burger, and the Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The only downside was the horrendous parking situation at the mall. That’s what we get for dining out a few days before Christmas. Lol.

Worst service I've ever experienced, not only at BJs, but in general. Hostess "didn't have reservation" so they didn't have a table for us. Her attitude could've been better. Then the waitress took forever to take our orders and come by the table to check on us. We asked her TWICE for some shots and she still forgot by the end of the meal. The steak my guest ordered was over cooked and my salmon plate was just ok. Will not be coming back to this location.

Honestly, it was a great experience. Just wasn’t happy with what I got. Roast beef sandwich. I think it was some cheap bread coleslaw was subpar. I think for a big company like that. They can do a lot better, but I’ll still give him another shot and order something different. And recommend everybody not to order any sandwiches there forgettable.

B.J.'s was busy at 5:pm. With a reservation my party was seated promptly though B.J.'s was near capacity. The waitress appeared promptly at our table but our bar drinks came much later, after the salad. Our entrees came shortly after the cocktails, and our waitress was friendly and efficient throughout. My prime rib, however, came not as a slab, but in a twisted jumble of fat and muscle. It did not have the proper texture and my knife was not able to cut it into manageable pieces; I had to pull it mostly apart by hand and I ate it with my fingers. The taste was satisfactory, but noting special and I quit without eating even half of it. I brought the rest home and put some of it out for a neighbor cat. If it eats it, I will put out the rest tomorrow.

We got there and my whole party of 9 was present but they sat us in a table that was filled with only 8 chairs. When we go back to the front, the staff member was very rude to us and said they had made a mistake. I asked her to seat us for 9 and she said it would be a wait, despite having a reservation. We complained about the lack of accommodation and instead of trying to be helpful she just jumped to “do you want to speak with my manager?” It was very weird. Then once seated in a new place for our whole party, the food took forever to get to us and only 7 of our dishes were ready at the same time. We waited an extra 15 minutes or so for the final plates so we could all eat together but of course, everyone’s food was cold by then. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a BJ’s establishment. The staff was very unapologetic about their service and I am never going back to this location.

Our waiter was the best. Excellent customer service. The food was good as well except the rice was under cooked. We had out of town guests and the enjoyed themselves.

My server Jessica R was awesome. She checked often on my table. This restaurant is cool. I ordered a Cesar salad with blackened shrimp. My salad was very salty. The blackened shrimp was over season. My avocado egg rolls were delicious. Freshly cooked. Great favor to the avocado egg rolls.
