Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Hostess team was great. Wait staff did their best but just too many tables and seemed to lose track of requests. Food came out randomly and was cold and not tasty. Patron margarita definitely not worth the extra $$$.

First time at this place. The food was good. The service was very good. Was a bit noisy but not too bad. Only complaint is they sat a family with a small child right behind us when there were numerous open tables around our area. We felt like the hostess could have separated us by at least one table. Just a minor complaint.

Slow service, took forever to get our desserts. We were told they had no ketchup to give us for our fries. Two weeks ago they had no Dr Pepper. Manager gave lots of excuses for the shortages. Disappointing all around

Dirty silverware, spit balls on artwork above table, bathroom dirty to name a few issues. One entrée brought out 30 minutes before all others. We won’t be back to this location.

They apparently didn’t enter into the system that we showed up but all was good. Solid food and service for a gameday.

We've enjoyed many good meals at BJ's and have recently used them quite often as a takeout option. We decided to actually go to the restaurant yesterday. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was polite and quite friendly. We ordered and our salads were delivered promptly. That's where it started to go downhill. My salad had no dressing on it and I asked the waiter to bring some. I then watched as he went to the kitchen and came back out without my dressing. He proceeded to take an order from another table while I waited. He returned to the kitchen and brought our entrees. I reminded him that I needed salad dressing. He apologized and returned shortly with the dressing. My wife said she thought her order (full rack of ribs) looked quite a bit smaller than she was accustomed to. About five minutes later, our waiter came out with what turned out to be the remainder of her ribs. He apologized and explained that the kitchen had set them aside rather than on her plate. The food was good although the sides should have been hotter. Other than temperature, the food was good. The wine list was quite expensive. I'm accustomed to a 100% markup on a bottle of wine and can understand what goes into that. However, BJ's markup was ~300%. That's the reason for the low value rating.
