Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Our waiter made continuous errors. It became laughable. We did not receive our bar order for 45 min. Took 3 tries and almost an hour to get waters for the table. One dinner order did not come with the optional extra sauce that we had ordered and the wrong side. When we asked the waiter he had no idea and had to go get a menu to see what sauce we were asking about. Then it took way too long to get the sauce. He never did bring the correct side dish. We had each ordered the 3 course special which included dessert. One dessert came. Then he brought the check. I asked about the second dessert and he had no idea. Which needed to be the gluten free pizzookie which he said he didn’t know how to order. He said he would need the manager to order it for him. Then he billed us for the included vegetable side. We were there for 1 hour and 45 min. We were never offered water refills or drink refills. When I had him correct the ticket to remove the side dish charge of the INCLUDED side dish it took almost 10 min to get the corrected check. I never did receive my included dessert. I have never had such poor table service at a restaurant!

The food & service was great until we paid. We saw friends & wanted to bless them by paying their tab. We thought we had, but it turned out the waiter gave us the wrong party's check to pay! We don't know who we blessed! Arrrgh!

We came with a very large group of 16 people. Some of the group had to sit at the bar because the staff could not find two extra chairs. The menu is varied so we were able to have food for some of our group with allergies. I would like to mention two staff who did a great job. Ash was very helpful and our waiter (who was 8 months pregnant) was fantastically patient and helpful. So, generally it was a good experience.

BJ's provides an excellent table. The menu selections are enticing and the flavors are always top notch. The service is congenial and the delivery is relaxed and friendly. I always enjoy myself and every visit seems like an event.

Made a reservation to celebrate a birthday then when we arrived they confirmed the reservation but stated they had a party of 90 people coming so they weren’t sure were they going to put us. So we had to wait for a table since they were saving tables for the party of 90. Then after waiting they sat us at a booth and had to add a chair to the table to fit us. As a result were were crowded. Not an ideal birthday experience!

Everything was great! The ambience, the server and the food. The BJ’s Brewhouse Bowl w/ Blackened Salmon was very delicious. I’ll be back this weekend to watch the Celtics game. Thank you for a great and friendly environment!

It’s BJs - my expectations are low. But that waiter!! he was very pleasant, but probably the worst waiter I’ve ever seen lol.
