We’re excited to introduce Bitterroot Bistro a collaboration between chef Gabriel Lopez and our owners, local Bozeman Restaurateurs & Chefs alike. Located in downtown Bozeman, Bitterroot Bistro is based on Montana values, using Montana ingredients, focusing on Montana food. It’s rare to find a restaurant that has such exceptional food combined with such a kind and friendly staff. We had a truly memorable meal and will definitely be back.

Phenomenal restaurant!! When you walk in you are greeted very openly, then served the most delicious food. Will come back for more!

We had an amazing dinner at Bitterroot Bistro tonight. Our dinner was excellent. We had a salad and soup to start. We had the Trout Entree and Pork Chop for dinner and it was so delicious. Highly recommend both. The service was very attentive and overall a great dinner!

I frequently dine at this lovely restaurant in the heart of Bozeman. A quiet dinner with friends is always a certainty. The service is excellent and the food is always great. Check it out.

We loved Bitterroot Bistro so much we came back a second night! If we weren't headed back to Seattle tonight, I'm sure we'd be there again tonight. My son, a very selective eater, said "this is by far the best burger I have ever had." He is not one to rave about, or even be interested in most food. The service was excellent, the vibe nice and the food fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly.
