We’re excited to introduce Bitterroot Bistro a collaboration between chef Gabriel Lopez and our owners, local Bozeman Restaurateurs & Chefs alike. Located in downtown Bozeman, Bitterroot Bistro is based on Montana values, using Montana ingredients, focusing on Montana food. We loved Bitterroot Bistro so much we came back a second night! If we weren't headed back to Seattle tonight, I'm sure we'd be there again tonight. My son, a very selective eater, said "this is by far the best burger I have ever had." He is not one to rave about, or even be interested in most food. The service was excellent, the vibe nice and the food fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The Bistro continues to delight. Their starters and entrees are not the sort of items found in most restaurants in Bozeman. It's great wholesome food that is delightfully prepared.

Great experience. Can't say enough about the setvice and the quality of the food speaks for itself. Matthew and Braden were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely be back and highly recommend the Bitterroot Bistro.

Biteroot Bistro is the place to go! The food was outstanding, cooked perfectly, with impeccable flavors. Brayden and Matthew were wonderful hosts/servers/bartenders the whole nine yards! They were so kind and really valued us as guests. Great place for birthdays, family dinners, etc. It’s so nice to finally have a restaurant in bozeman that is fancy yet up to date and food that doesn’t taste like it was from sysco haha! It was so lovely dining here, thank you!

Lovely wxperience while visiting Bozeman. Welcoming environment and nice dining ambience. We shared some appetizers and the burger. High quality ingredients and nice presentation. Definitely recommend when you are in town.
