Service was fast and rude. Suddenly the server came and put the bill on our table and then the card machine. No warning. It seems there was a 90 minute time limit but other tables were there before us and there when we left. Rolls were dry and poorly made. Sashimi was pretty good. Overall very unimpressive.

I think this is just an average Sushi place. Portion is small and Hamachi sashimi was slightly frozen.

We had a very delicious sushi dinner and servers were very friendly. We definitely recommend this authentic sushi restaurant.

Bistro Sakana always impresses us with culinary genius without a hint of pretension. The jalapeño salmon aburi had to be repeated and the smoked duck breast was very impressive. The smoked tuna was the perfect finale with the tabletop unveiling of the delicate tuna and its smoky preparation.

Great variety of food and very attentive service. Would be nice if there were more space between the tables and if they have more mocktail selections

Went for dine out menu for $65 but I left unsatisfied as the portion was quite small for the price. The Sando with the entree was cold, which wasn’t great. Overall the food was all decent but I didn’t feel that the value for money was very good, particularly for a dine out menu. With that being said, the service was excellent and the restaurant was nice and clean.

We ordered from the Dine Out Vancouver menu. The food quality and select was excellent. There was good value for our dollar. There was a great variety of items. We were surprised by the Wagyu Sandwich and the beef Nigiri. Thank you for a great date night.
