Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    I had the yellowtail snapper cooked in the paper bag which was excellent. Finished it off with the chocolate soufflé. Delicious!

    One can never go wrong at the Bistro. Always consistent, fresh quality food, good variety and great specials. Service is attentive and vibe is upbeat.

    We always enjoy the Bistro but tonight was better than usual. Food top notch and service was excellent. The receptionist Katie was so pleasant and entertaining. Our waitress J was so attentive and extremely efficient. I highly recommend the Bistro you will not be disappointed. Siobhan

    Food was very good as usual, however, service was a little lacking. Hardly ever saw our waitress, had to rely on others for info.

    Wonderful dinner to celebrate our Anniversary. Service was friendly, helpful and respectful. The duck egg rolls were fantastic as an appetizer and the snapper wrapped in paper as well as the lamb shank were amazing. We even had a chocolate soufflé that was decorated to celebrate our special Anniversary.

    This was our first visit to Bistro we loved our meal and the service was impeccable. Our waitress Edith was attentive, pleasant and a pleasure. We will definitely be back.
