Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.
Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself. At dinner, Bistro Casanova is a romantic destination for meals before a show or the perfect stop before flying out of Maui.

La comida tiene un sabor a aceite re cocinado, el pan mejor no lo comento porque fue lo peor que he probado. El servicio fue excelente pero la cocina es mala y el costo alto para lo que ofrecen. Mi recomendación es que no vayan, hay muchas mejores opciones con los mismos precios.

Server was great and sweet (Chanelle). Our Drink took around 20-30 mins and came out separately. Our apps hit the table before our drinks. Salmon pizza and Caprese Salar were great. The paella was a nice portion with an abundance of seafood; it did feel a bit under seasoned and didn’t have the right crust on the bottom.

I suspect that your party got caught in the traffic jam of a large party ordering drinks from our bartender. For that I do apologize. I would have hated myself to have to wait the appetizer to get my drinks!

Service was great. Food came out quickly and hot. Noodles were fresh and delicious. Desserts were delicious. Everything was just great! Definitely coming back

We’ve frequented Bustro Casanova since it’s opening. I planned a club Xmas party there it’s 1st holiday season. My spouse & I have enjoyed many lunches there over the years. The quality of the drinks, food, & service has fluctuated. Tonight we had dinner. Hiro’s service was excellent. She was attentive, efficient, & pleasant, though she was quite busy & had a party to attend to. Our Cosmos , prepped by Kai (?) were delicious, like my home made ones… the best I’ve had outside my kitchen in years. Our calamari pups was perfectly prepared… golden & crispy. We had the lamb chop appetizer with risotto( that we were told they were out of, but Hiro found us some. Yay! Our desserts … his chocolate mousse, & my crème brûlée were lovely, too, & Hiro comped his. It’s his 85th B- day. We’ll be going to more dinners there, & recommending that family & friends do, too!

Happy Hour is always a great deal with $7 carafes (additional $2 for flavored margarita or mimosa). We had a party of 8 and everyone left happy and full

The service was very slow. The waitress was very nice , but the service was extremely slow. Had to wait a long time.
