Here at Birchwood we only serve dishes & cocktails that are fresh & flavourful. Our specialty salads are made with fresh ingredients locally grown at Cornwall's largest indoor vertical farm, ZipGrow Inc.

Don't expect fast food. Our intimate and warm atmosphere was created for you to enjoy a cocktail and an appetizer while our chefs create a masterpiece from scratch. Everything on the menu is made in house, including our sensationally decadent ice cream.

In order to offer you the most authentic Birchwood experience, we are unable to accommodate modifications or substitutions. We kindly ask that you respect our menu and allow us to serve you our recipes as they were intended to be enjoyed.

So I went for my birthday with my wife and enjoyed the experience, the food was decent and the server was nice, I spent around 387 dollars in total for my visit. The venue was very welcoming and loved the decor. The downsides was sadly they were out of one of the things I wanted (not a huge deal) I have been to places very similar and the server was more attentive and quick to action this one was sadly not, also I bout one of the most expensive wines on the menu and they did not supply a wine bucket with ice to keep it cool during my meal, even though there was one on a vacant table. I would like to note that most of these are very picky things but I have been to many high end restaurants and this one was no where on that scale but I will say for Cornwall it is very good. I do suggest you go but be ready to spend a minimum of 2 and a half hours cause that's how ling it took us and we finished are food in 30min.

Had the bass, that was a very tasty dish, portion size was just right. My first visit will not be my last. Great job!!

We have been to Birchwood restaurant on several occasions and each time the food and service were excellent. Highly recommend Birchwood as a fine dining experience in Cornwall.

Wonderful…I had the Bruschetta & Chicken Supreme as my entree. My husband had the Salmon. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely lunch with friends. It was pretty busy but we were warned that things may be slow with only one waitress on but we were not in a hurry. Everything was great. Food was wonderful. I always find it a little loud in the restaurant but you really can’t do much about the acoustics.

The food was exquisite, we had gnocchi that was cooked properly, linguini with tiger shrimp also cooked to perfection. Marsala soup, so flavorful and a grilled cheese fit for a Queen.

Food was amazing, nice and romantic settings. The only thing they could find a way to make it better. The noise level, its difficult to hear the person beside you. The noise coming from the bar and kitchen. Attributed to most of that extra noise. Still worth checking out!
