El bar y restaurante Birch's se mudó oficialmente a Long Lake. El emblemático edificio en el que se instaló el Birch's albergó en primer lugar al Hansen House en la década de 1960 y luego se convirtió en Billy's Lighthouse, un lugar apreciado por muchos de los habitantes de Long Lake y de las zonas periféricas del oeste.     We requested our favorite server - Brad. He is always exceptional and so pleasant. Also, Jesse (the all around keep the tables bused among many other duties) is always very pleasant and willing take care of whatever you need. The food as always was very good.

    The WI Fish Fry is to die for, so addicting! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great time. Always great to look out over the lake. We are lucky we almost always get to sit by the fireplace. You will not be disappointed! Can hardly wait to go back again.

    Had a very romantic and delicious meal at Birch’s for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant never disappoints. Lovely musicians provided background music, delicious food, service was impeccable, it was perfect.

    Birch's served up a great Valentine's Day dinner celebration. We had the best server (Molly) in the place and enjoyed the food, cocktails and music. It was extremely busy but the staff seemed more than capable of handling it all. Table was ready quickly, servers, bar tenders and kitchen all performed well and in a timely fashion. As always, the fried chicken was awesome and they even had fresh Maine lobster.

    As our go to restaurant, everything is always spectacular and yesterday was amazing. The scallops were so incredible as was the beef short rib. Both times were new for us and recommended by Chris. What a fantastic server he is, he has incredible professionalism, his unique style and ability to read a table is second to none. We were delighted to be in his section.
