Our initial experience was great. We were greeted promptly at the door and shown to our table. We placed our drinks order which arrived after a short wait. We then placed our starters and main meal order. Again, food arrived after a short wait and when the food arrived it was lovely. There was then nearly an hour’s wait and our main meals did not arrive. One of the servers came and apologised for the significant delay. We had allowed 2 hours prior to our theatre tickets to have a meal at Bills which we thought would be plenty of time but had to leave and cancel our main meals as by 1.45pm we had still not received them. The table beside us were seated about 15-20 minutes after us, they were a table of 6 and they had starters, mains, desserts and paid before we had received our 5 main meals. We were thoroughly disappointed by our experience at your restaurant as this was a special occasion for us and we were looking forward to it. We will not be booking again to visit Bills.

Lovely meal at Bills before going to the theatre. Food was good and the service was outstanding. Our waitress Thulane was very friendly and attentive . Bills give a very generous blue light discount.

Food was overcooked/burnt - Gluten free burger and Bills Burger. GF Burger was deducted from bill. Standard burger was eaten. Seabass was also overcooked slightly but edible and tasty. Menu is limited compared to other Bill's restaurants and they did not have our first choice on the evening, which was steak. However, based on how the food left the kitchen, it was a blessing.
