On the whole it was a lovely experience. 90% of the food was lovely and 98% of the service was ok. Feedback: Staff forgot to bring the water and the mayonnaise requested. We asked again and the bottle of water and the pot of mayonnaise was put on the very corner of the table with an outstretched arm whilst standing far away from the table. It looked very odd and we were all confused as to why he didn’t give it to us properly. It would have taken 3 seconds to come to the table properly and provide the mayonnaise to the person who requested it and put the water in the middle of the table. It saved no time but came across negatively. Customers should not be made to feel you have no time for them. Three of us ordered the sticky toffee pudding that was not sticky. In fact it was so dry we all commented that it required a sauce to be able to swallow it. Even the ice cream wasn’t enough to fix it. It could have been a lovely dessert. Apart from the above we enjoyed everything else and the gentleman at the door accommodated us by putting us with family who were also there at the same time which was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed their main meal and drinks. If it wasn’t for dessert and feeling like that staff member was acting odd, it would have been 5 stars. We are regular customers and it’s sometimes a bit hit & miss but my autistic daughter likes the food so we keep coming back. Hopefully the feedback will be helpful.

Have visited numerous Bill's, a place I always like but this visit was terrible. Having waited for roughly 25mins for my food I called the waiter to question the delay. He informed me he forget to ring in my order. Food did eventually arrive and as always was delicious but surprisingly the waiter never once came by to check if everything was alright or if I needed another drink. So food was great but service probably my worst experience ever

Specifically noted On the booking we had a pram. Despite this we were seated on the first floor and then told we could not bring the pram upstairs. The manager was very unhelpful stating simply no prams could be taken up and there was nothing he could do. We spent the duration of our meal with our 4 month old daughter sitting on our laps being passed from person to person as we were not allowed to bring a pram upstairs for her to sleep in as no solution or compensation was a offered. A real example of how not to manage customers. Other wise the staff waiting the tables were excellent.

Food arrived before drinks. Asked three times for the bill and waited another 10 minutes for the payment to be taken.

Expérience mitigée. Le cadre du restaurant est agréable, mais l’accueil n’a pas été à la hauteur. Nous avions réservé pour 20h45, et dès notre arrivée, le serveur nous a informés que, puisque les cuisines fermaient à 21h, l’entrée et le plat seraient servis en même temps. À peine nos plats finis, le dessert était déjà servi ! Le repas a été très expéditif, ce qui n’a pas été une expérience agréable, surtout pour un repas de Noël. Bien que je comprenne que le personnel souhaitait également célébrer Noël, la plateforme de réservation aurait dû nous informer de ces contraintes, notamment en proposant une tranche horaire plus tôt. L’accueil était froid et la serveuse désagréable, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore moins agréable. Karine et Bruno

we were on holidays in London, it was the Christmas meal long-booked when we arrived we were told that we had 40 minutes to eat because the restaurant was closing, and they brought us the starter at the same time as the main course! you should not accept the reservation if the time was too short to eat the food was good but we didn't have time to enjoy it, not even to drink coffee or tea at the end! several customers were in the same situation, it's a shame for a Christmas meal
