Work Christmas lunch for 12 handled very smoothly. The preorder web system was good, they knew who ordered what so no confusion and courses came out together in short time. It’s a nice setting.

Lovely waitress Gabriella, attentive and brought our food very quickly. Ordered the festive meal and the meat choice for my husband was great. My veggie meal was lovely but some veg raw and not a lot of other veg options on the plate, enjoyed it all though. The restaurant was totally lacking in any festive decoration which I found odd as they are in the heart of London and it’s festivities. A bit of tinsel wouldn’t have gone amiss!!!

Lunch with family after seeing The Snowman, despite being really busy looked after very well with food hitting right spot.

Great service. Really enjoyed our lunch. Very busy so only slight change I'd recommend is turning the music down a bit as hard to talk over all the other diners and background noise.

Restaurant was very busy but we weren't rushed. Service was good, didn't wait too long for our meals to arrive. Would highly recommend.

It was a very busy night and as usual not enough staff. Our glasses of Chenin Blanc were not cold - I was told that they had just been put in the fridge - not our fault. Had 2 Sauvignon blancs which were only slightly cooler but had to pay the more expensive rate. Very noisy but to be expected - the wine question really annoyed us will never go back to any of the branches.

Bit difficult to find so Would be useful to add notes to open table but otherwise the experience was wonderful
