We’re proud to say that Brighton was the second ever Bill’s, and whilst it’s no longer a bus depot (spoiler, it used to be a bus depot), it still transports you to the good times. Oh, and it’s only up the road from the seafront, so there’s no excuse to miss it, even if you get lost in the Lanes.

Bills is conveniently located a short walk from Brighton Dome and Theatre Royal. It has a comfortable ambience and a menu that reflects its focus on fresh food. It has plenty of choice. The service we received was excellent (thanks Millie) unhurried and courteous. E we got good advice on menu and drinks choices. Recommended

Nice welcome. Good table. A little pushy on the food choice as we were on a special.menu, but quite normal. The food was delicious and the service was very quick and efficient. Asked for the bill and (as nearly always), had to send it back as the offer had not been included. Would definitely go back.

Lovely food but very expensive as £6 service charge was added. We just had a main course and a drink. Would have liked more, but too expensive and the staff we good but kept trying to sell additional things, like starters, hot drinks, deserts, nibble's.

We throughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch which we pre-ordered for our group of 9. The restaurant staff made a big effort to serve our meals and drinks in good time, despite being a very busy Sunday afternoon.

Very friendly and helpful staff but our starters came before any water or the drinks we ordered and then the main arrived before the starters had been cleared. The restaurant was half empty as it was early evening so it wasn’t due to it being very busy. The food was mainly very nice but my burger bun was burned on the inside so affected the flavour. The restaurant also smelt of drains which wasn’t the most appetising!
