   Had a 6 pm booking and got asked to leave at 7:40 and were kicked out after a three course dinner. I’ve never had that happen before- we had already paid and were planning to leave but while chatting got asked/ told to leave. We weren’t being disruptive and had given good tips. I’ve seen and heard the standard for a dinner meal is 2 hours. Left a sour taste in my mouth and poor way to end the evening. Won’t return.

   Friendly, professional, unobtrusive staff and great food. The Raspberry Point (PEI) oysters were a perfect starter to the Manitoba walleye. Big Fish never disappoints.

   We ordered two appetizers, two main courses, and a dessert. Our bill came to $140, which is quite expensive considering the overall ambiance of the restaurant. It’s quite small and lacks any interior design. The food was good, but the service could have been better. After we finished our appetizer, a toasted baguette with crab dip, we noticed that bread crumbs were left on our table. Despite the servers passing by our table multiple times, no one bothered to clean it. Even after I took a cloth napkin and tried to clean the table myself, moving all the crumbs to the side, no one came to our aid. To make matters worse, after we ordered a dessert, the waitress brought a clean dessert spoon and placed it directly on top of the remaining bread crumbs. We were shocked and disappointed by this careless mistake.

    we came for a Valentines dinner with friends. Our server was excellent. We had a lot of laughs. The food was excellent. The only thing was I requested to switch my potatoes for rice or risotto and I ended up with potatoes. They were still delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
