Our focus is on delivering delicious local Northumbrian produce in a warm and welcoming environment. Our day menu (which operates on a walk-in basis only) is full of local favourites. Whether you are looking for a hearty breakfast, a light lunch or just some delicious coffee and cake we have something for everyone.

Transitioning into our evening bistro service from 5.30pm onwards, we present a refined yet flavourful menu. Our chefs select trusted local suppliers renowned for procuring the finest quality ingredients, which they craft into irresistible dishes for your enjoyment. Complemented by an extensive wine selection, our offerings provide the ideal blend for a laid-back evening of exquisite dining.

Highly recommend the Sunday supper club menu. Food amazing fantastic vegetable selection and quantity. Nothing a problem to the lovely staff.

First time dining at this restaurant. Absolutely outstanding from the minute you walk in. Greeted with a warm smile, shown to your table and from then on it was just a fabulous experience. The staff were so polite and helpful to our needs. The food was absolutely gorgeous, infact probably the nicest we’ve tasted in a restaurant in a very long time. The place was very clean.

Out for Valentine’s Day with my husband. We had a wonderful evening; the bistro is beautifully presented, the food and service were faultless and excellent value too. If I had to pick a fault, we found the tables were very closely packed together; It felt like the couple next to us were actually at our table and it was an awkward struggle to get in and out.

Cracking Sunday night meal , celebrating our son's move to the beautiful Warkworth in Northumberland.Lovely meal with nice service.

Food was nice. The roe deer and fish was eaten . Service very good . Restaurant lacked atmosphere however - no fire on or candles on table. On the whole though nice meal but pricey especially the wine.

Amazing food, drinks prices were a little expensive, the service was great but didn’t check if we were missing anything, so had to ask for sauces (mint sauce for the lamb and horseradish for the beef) which were promptly brought. Enjoyable evening.

Outstanding dining experience from the warm welcome into a cosy, modern restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was exceptionally good. We tried a range of items from the Sunday Supper Club menu between the four of us. Everything we ordered was well presented and tasted delicious. Portions were generous and served with a wide selection of delicious vegetables. Would highly recommended and we will definitely return when we are in the area again. Thank you for a lovely evening.
