Pizza was dry and clearly not fresh made, same with pasta. Likely pre made & heated. Staff was not familiar with menu, rushed & disinterested. Not my first time there & generally the place is pretty good serving good pasta/pizza. Perhaps a staffing issue over the holidays

We enjoyed our meal at Beretta Divisadero, but the service flow was problematic. Our server was really nice and we ordered cocktails, salad and pasta. A runner brought our salad before the cocktails were even served. We waited to begin eating and the waiter brought the pastas and we refused it... because we didn't want it to be cold. The cocktails were delicious (Chasing Rabbits) and then eventually the butternut squash ravioli with sage was delicious. I recommend the Golden Beet salad over the Tricolore- the Tricolore was bland and I'm not sure it was even dressed... towards the end of the meal (still early, 7:30 on a Saturday, really loud music came on. I understand this for later on a Saturday night, but this was still early. I hope Beretta can work out the service flow, because I'd love to enjoy the food there again.

I live within walking distance - so when I want a treat but want to stay close to home this always fits the bill. Great food, attentive service, excellent ambiance. Shout out to the staff here - they hustle to make everything right, every time.

I love coming here with my friends and it’s a great dinner spot! You do have to flag the waiters down, but you get your food fast.

Well to start before I was seated I was told that we only had the table for 1 1/2 hrs. I find this rude being that I should have been told this when I booked so I could make my decision then rather when I’m standing there. I worked in this industry for over 20 years and thats really not the best way to greet a customer. One would think that since this is a timing thing that once seated a server would come right over get a drink order or at least some acknowledgement but instead it took about 6 minute for anyone to come by. The service was sub par, clearly not the kind of treatment a well seasoned and trained server gives. The food was ok. Broccolini was flavorless and the pizza was decent but nothing I need to come back for. Honestly i wasn’t expecting the food to blow me away but had the host not have been so inappropriate and the server actually know his job I would have had a way more forgiving review. If your going to have a restaurant you might want to know the basic rules of customer service, it really makes a difference.
