He ido varias ocasiones a Benihana, es la primera vez que asisto a Addison y fue fatal, tenía reservación y me hicieron esperar en la puerta por más de 30 minutos, la mesera que nos asignaron fue pésima, solo fue a mi mesa cuando llegamos y al final a llevar la cuenta, me cobraron menú de 6 tiempos para varias personas y el helado nunca llegó ni el menú completo, la persona que me tocó para que cocinara para nosotros nos hizo muy aburrida la estadía, nos comenzó a contar su vida privada y eso me molestó todo estuvo muy mal

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Our waiter literally only took our order. Which took him 25 minutes to even come over to the table. And then left all of our dishes & didn’t even offer to refill our water once.forgot 3 things we ordered.And the cook was insanity obnoxious. Dropped plates and on my girlfriend multiple times throughout the whole dinner. Asking very personal questions and making very racial and inappropriate jokes while children were present at the table. Honestly this was the most disappointing birthday dinner of my entire life.And it used to be my tradition.But after this dinner it will definitely be the last time I ever eat at this Benihana’s.

Our cook Gio was awesome our waitress not so much never got drink refills never even came back after the first round of drinks

I was trying to get a couple of drinks from the bar before the end of Happy Hour. It took the bartender 25 minutes to prepare them. I was the only one at the bar at the time of my order. I shared my concern with the manager and he went to help the bartender it the drinks still took long. My two drinks were not comped, not cool. Food, chef and server were amazing!! It was a very inconvenient way to begin the evening, since it meant time away from my family waiting for drinks. Why didn’t I order the drinks from our table? I was told, by our server, that the Happy Hour specials were only good at the bar. This is a silly policy!

We had reservations, but were finally seated about an hour and a half later. After getting a table, it took another hour for the cook to show up. After the cook showed up and the food started coming out, we finally received our salads and soups towards the end of the dinner. At the end, it took another 30 minutes to get to-go boxes and get our bill paid. Thanks to the cook “Manny” for doing a good job cooking and even helped us with the service to get us basic things like utensils, drinks , salads and even to-go boxes. The waiter was nice, but seemed overwhelmed with the multiple tables he was trying to serve. Same thing for the bar service, very nice but overwhelmed. After 1 year, we decided to give this place a second chance, and were equally disappointed. We spent almost $400 when you add the bar service since we had such a long wait with appetizers and drinks. How are you going to make this right, Benihana- Addison? If you ask me, I would like a full refund!

I made a reservation for 7:30. It was me, my husband and my 3 year old. Tell me why they said it would be an 1.5hr wait. Why take reservations? When I explained I have my 3 year old, I can’t wait. They had zero remorse. I even asked why take more reservations than what you can accommodate, they blamed open table. Tacky.
