Bench la Cave

Bakery by day - Wine bar by night. Bottle Shop - all day.

Bench la cave will be a bakery by day serving up ‘Dan’s sourdough' amongst a selection of sweet treats, sandwiches and provisions in the day time.

The early evening the venue will change its offering to wine bar. Where bookings become available. Serving a range of natural wines by the glass to drink in, with craft beers; alongside a food menu inspired by our favourite Parisian wine bars.

Please note: There will a separate lunch menu and a separate evening menu. Neither of which are available during the other time.

Please note: This is a booking for Bench La Cave at Park Hill, not our restaurant, Bench in Nether Edge.

Had some delicious wines here. I only ate the bread and butter pudding and that was very good. The other food looked amazing that my friends had and they recommended it. Small cosy atmosphere and great service.

First visited in March 24 and returned for a family occasion. Just as brilliant the second time around, will definitely be coming back soon!

We came to Bench La Cave after we got married at Town Hall and it was a great venue for us with our small party. Staff were amazingly welcoming and attentive. Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere is small and intimate which was perfect for our vibe. Fully recommend.

We had a great time. Short wine last by the glass, all of which was excellent. Various small plates, all delicious and unusual. Great service and all in all a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Food was fantastic really high quality and just delicious! Service from Jess as always was superb! And some good wine to top it all of.
