   Come to Buluga! The salmon is the best ever. Great Ceasaer salad. Great perrogies . Beautiful setting. So nice. A must try!

   This was our first visit here. The decor is lovely. Outside dining is available but it was too chilly on this evening. There was music and we are told that not the same entertainer but live music each evening. The menu is large and unfamiliar…at least to us. We needed lots of guidance. We chose the chicken dumplings, which were small nuggets of shredded chicken inside a fried dough. Very tasty with the accompanying sauce. We also chose 2 stuffed breads…one with lamb and the other with pumpkin, which was our favorite. The same sauce was quite tasty. Server was pushing any of the many fresh salads but we didnt think we could much more and still have entrees, which were the beef stroganoff, which DH termed the best ever. It was beautifully served atop a perfect circle of mashed potatoes. It was a generous serving and will be enjoyed for lunch. I had a special of lamb chops with vegetables, cooked in a Georgian fashion. Delicous!!! O room for dessert. We had a white wine. Servers seemed stretched to the limit. There was no one behind the bar, nor greeting patrons. We waited along time to order anything. Food did not arrive all at the same time. If the restaurant were any busier, it would have been chaos.

   Service was very slow we were there for over three hours and had to get up from the table to get our check after asking 2 servers 3 different times

   The location of the restaurant is pretty good, nice deck right on the water. But that’s about the only nice thing about it. We had reservations and had to wait for a hostess for a while even though the restaurant manager walk by three times and didn’t give us a time of day. Later in the evening we figured that hostess was serving food because of obvious lack of wait staff. Food was very mediocre, to say the least. Kofte kebab looked like two dried out hamburger patties. It was supposed to come with grilled vegetables, but mountain of raw onions and six slices of overcooked zucchini is definitely not the side you enjoy. The sauce was just a diluted tomato paste, no seasoning or spice whatsoever. Ordered martini but they forgot about it. I had to remind them 3 times. 30 minutes later they finally brought it out and it had no alcohol in it. On top of everything else they charge $10 per person cover fee for the “show”, as the waiter called it. Extra charge like this should be mentioned by the wait staff or on the website. Overall experience was pretty dreadful. If you want delicious food and good show make a trip to Sunny Isles to Oasis or Mangal (without cover charge). Don’t waste your time and money on this place.
