Located on the 20th floor, Bellpine presents panoramic views of the city and beyond. Acclaimed Executive Chef Pedro Almeida, whose previous restaurants earned Michelin Stars under his leadership, leads the culinary artistry of Bellpine. Inspiration is drawn from Oregon’s bountiful Willamette Valley, the state’s farms, ranchers, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean. We had an overall good experience at Bellpine restaurant. The food we ordered were good. Our server, Angie, was very pleasant and attentive. The bartender and crew at Meadow Rue was friendly and nice.

Excellent dining experience for the chefs choice Valentines dinner. Every dish was extraordinary, service was excellent. Venue is very much coming into its own and such a welcome spot in downtown Portland.

Nice meal but we ended up ordering from the bar menu because the regular menu was unavailable- even though I specifically reserved that on Open Table.

It was meh. Underwhelming giving the reputation of the Ritz. The portion of the side of fires was almost comical as it only had about 13 fries in a tiny cup.

Everything was superb from the host’s rostrum all the way to the finish line. The service was very good, a lovely view of the city from the 20th floor, and the entrees were exquisite from Chef Pedro Almeida. Thank you!
